Job Overview

Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient conduct of assessments carried out by iON, while maintaining high standards of operational excellence and compliance. The role involves ensuring complete infrastructure readiness at the exam venue, covering both pre-exam and post-exam processes to avoid any disruptions. This includes performing system LAN setup, conducting mock tests, and validating all technical components as part of exam preparation.

Continuous monitoring of IT infrastructure and assets is essential to prevent any unauthorized access or technical failures. The role also requires maintaining a sufficient buffer of working assets to address any last-minute requirements or contingencies. Timely reporting of all events, incidents, and updates is critical, along with proactively seeking technical support whenever required to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Strict adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) is mandatory to ensure seamless end-to-end exam delivery. The individual will coordinate closely with local infrastructure service providers and iON Digital Zone partners to ensure all logistical and technical requirements are met efficiently.

Additionally, the role involves managing exam functionaries and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Maintaining the highest level of personal and professional integrity is essential, along with demonstrating vigilance, ness, and a proactive approach while handling operational responsibilities. The focus is on delivering a secure, reliable, and well-coordinated examination experience.
