Role Overview
We are hiring proactive and result-driven Field Executives to manage merchant onboarding and activation for a recording-based project. This role involves end-to-end coordination with merchants, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance with project guidelines, and timely activation. Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork, merchant interaction, and handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
The Field Executive will be responsible for identifying and onboarding merchants as per project requirements. This includes completing the KYC process, collecting and verifying necessary documents, and ensuring accurate onboarding. You will also validate the merchant’s location and confirm readiness for setup.

A key part of the role is issuing or mapping recording devices such as headstraps and iPhones, and ensuring they are properly configured. You must ensure that merchants sign and acknowledge the Letter of Intent (LOI) before proceeding. Additionally, you will provide clear SOP training to help merchants understand operational processes and expectations.

You will ensure the submission of a minimum 30-minute test recording and coordinate with the Quality Check (QC) team for timely approval. Once approved, you must ensure the merchant goes live and consistently generates the required daily recording hours.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidates should have strong communication and coordination skills, basic knowledge of onboarding/KYC processes, and the ability to meet targets. Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in field roles or sales is preferred. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the regional language is an added advantage.
