Job Overview

Responsible for managing CCTV and network operations at exam venues to ensure secure and seamless conduct of examinations. This includes overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems and associated network infrastructure to support uninterrupted monitoring.

A key responsibility is to continuously monitor live CCTV feeds throughout the examination process to identify and promptly report any suspicious activities, malpractice, or technical faults. The role also involves providing day-to-day operational support for CCTV monitoring, ensuring that all systems function efficiently during exam hours.

Prior to the commencement of exams, it is essential to thoroughly check and confirm the operational status of all CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and storage devices. Any issues identified must be resolved proactively to avoid disruptions. Regular status updates on CCTV operations must be shared with relevant stakeholders to keep them informed about system performance and any ongoing concerns.

The role also requires supporting authorized officials with footage retrieval requests for purposes such as audits, dispute resolution, or investigations. This must be handled with accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to defined protocols.
