Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Assistant Manager / Manager

Educational Qualification

Diploma or Graduate in Engineering

Preferred disciplines: Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Civil / Power / Energy

Experience

0–2 years of experience in Back Office operations, Data Entry, Data Mining / Analytics,

Exposure to Solar / EPC industry will be preferred

Freshers with relevant educational background may also apply

Compensation

Remuneration up to 3.6 LPA

Attractive performance-based increments post completion of one year

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on completion of Remote Monitoring System (RMS) related activities

Follow up with Channel Partners and DISCOMs, supported by structured reports and presentations

Coordinate with customers telephonically, as and when required

Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely task completion

Check, validate, and verify data available on portals

Fetch, analyze, and report data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Candidate Profile

Local residents of Ahmedabad preferred

Effective communication skills in Hindi and English are required. Proficiency in Marathi, Haryanvi, or Gujarati will be considered an added advantage.

Strong numerical aptitude and data-driven mindset

Quick learner with high comprehension ability

Strong inclination towards data verification and analytics

Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets

High attention to detail and accuracy

Effective written communication skills, especially via email

Technically sound with a strong willingness to learn

Willingness to travel when required; must possess own vehicle
