Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Industrial Automation, with 0 to 2 years of experience in a sales role. This position is open to candidates from any industry and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and contribute to the growth of the company. Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales techniques. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Present and demonstrate products and services to clients, effectively communicating their value propositions. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. - Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management. - Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights. - Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh/Baddi, focused on driving business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts. The role involves selling electrical switchgear, power distribution panels, software solutions, Energy Management Systems (EMS), and automation solutions based on DCS, PLC, SCADA, and VFD technologies.
