Vendor Reconciliation Specialist

We are actively seeking experienced professionals for the role of Vendor Reconciliation Specialist. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounts payable transactions. The ideal candidate should possess 1-5 years of relevant experience with a robust background in vendor reconciliation and/or accounts payable processes. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel functions is crucial for success in this role, and knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.


    Vendor Reconciliation: Conduct thorough vendor reconciliations to verify the accuracy of accounts payable transactions.

    Invoice Verification: Match and validate invoices, payments, and purchase orders with vendor records.

    Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies and outstanding items in a timely manner.

    Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to gather necessary documentation for reconciliation.

    Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive reconciliation reports and documentation.

    Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

    Data Management: Utilize SAP and Excel functions for efficient data management and analysis.

    Month-End Processes: Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

    Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance the efficiency of vendor reconciliation procedures.

    Support: Provide assistance in various accounting activities and ad-hoc projects as assigned.


    Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    Experience: Proven 1-5 years of experience in vendor reconciliation and/or accounts payable functions.

    Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel functions relevant to accounting.

    Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi is a plus.

    Attributes: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

    Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

    Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting principles and procedures.

Immediate Joiners are Preferable but not mandatory.
