Trainee Quality Analyst

Job Overview

• Test Documentation & Planning: Assist senior QA members in creating comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and test scenarios based on functional requirement documents.
• Manual Testing Execution: Execute functional, system, integration, and regression testing on web and desktop applications to identify defects.
• Defect Tracking & Reporting: Meticulously identify, document, and report bugs in tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps), providing detailed steps to reproduce issues.
• Database Validation: Perform SQL queries to validate data integrity, accuracy, and backend functionality of asset data.
• Automation Support: Learn and assist in building automation scripts using tools like Selenium or Python to streamline repetitive regression testing.
• Validation of Fixes: Verify bug fixes and perform regression tests to ensure changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand user stories and clarify testing requirements.
• Performance & Usability Testing: Assist in testing software usability and performance under varied load conditions.
• Adherence to Standards: Adhere to established quality assurance principles and company coding standards.
• Documentation Improvement: Maintain and update test documentation, including checklists and test metrics reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• • First 6 months Probationary period during which they will 2.36 LPA. After the probation period, the hike will be given based on the candidate's performance during the probation period.
  • There is a bond of 27 months.
