  • Job Description: Position: Management Trainee (Internship) Department: Enterprise Business / B2B Sales Location: Madhapur - Hyderabad Reporting To: Manager Role Summary The Management Trainee for Enterprise Sales will undergo structured training and field exposure to understand the telecom B2B ecosystem. The role is designed to develop future Enterprise Sales Officers responsible for managing corporate clients, selling telecom solutions, and supporting revenue growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Enterprise Sales Support • Assist in identifying potential enterprise customers (SMBs, large corporate, government). • Support sales pitches for telecom solutions such as: o Leased lines & Internet connectivity o Smart Net wifi / SD-WAN Prepare proposals, quotes, and commercial offers. 2. Client Relationship Management • Support account managers in maintaining strong relationships with key enterprise clients. • Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering, and follow-ups. • Ensure timely support for service requests, renewals, and query resolution. 3. Sales Analytics & Reporting • Analyze customer usage data, revenue trends, and competitor offerings. • Prepare sales dashboards, funnel reports, and account performance updates. • Track key KPIs: acquisition, revenue growth, churn, collections. 4. Market & Industry Research • Study industry trends, enterprise technology adoption, and competitor activities. • Map enterprise accounts and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities. • Assist in segmentation and targeting strategies. 5. Proposal & Bid Support • Work with technical and solution design teams to build customer-ready solutions. • Support RFP/RFQ responses and documentation. • Ensure all proposals meet compliance and technical accuracy. 6. Field & On-the-Job Exposure • Shadow senior sales officers during customer visits and negotiations. • Learn key sales processes: lead generation → solution design → negotiation → contract closure → delivery. • Understand internal workflows with network, billing, provisioning, and customer service
