    • Excellent Communication Skill in English (Written).

    • Well-versed in different Webservers such as Apache, Nginx.

    • Hands on experience in handling all cPanel services, scripts, files, log locations and debugging all issues in it.

    • Excellent knowledge in Hosting Concepts and Core Linux

    • Excellent knowledge in Hosting Control Panels.

    • Work with virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware, Proxmox) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean) for VM provisioning.

    • Provide Proactive Server Maintenance and Hardening

    • Experienced in Website , Server , VPS migrations through different control panels..

    • Experience in handling Website-related issues, Spam mitigation, Mail service-related issues, Apache & PHP compilations.

    • Experience in handling MySQL,PHP , Exim troubleshooting.

    • Perform security audits and patch management

    • Expert in Proactive Monitoring and Server Management support.

    • Install, update and upgrade the packages on Operating system (RHEL, Centos, AlmaLinux, Ubuntu & Debian).

    • Monitoring the Servers performance using the popular performance monitoring like Zabbix, Icinga

    • To Provide server support for retail and enterprise customers through different channels
