.Net Developer:-
Required Qualification

• A bachelor's degree in any Engineering Stream, or a related field is often required.

Required Skills:

• .NET Framework: Proficiency in programming languages like C# and familiarity with the .NET framework and .NET Core.
• Web Technologies: Knowledge of web technologies such as RESTful APIs, and potentially Angular or React (for front-end development) and Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate integration with back-end systems.
• Tools: High proficiency with development tools and workflows
• Databases: Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL etc. and potentially Entity Framework.
• Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debugging, identify, troubleshooting and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications, potentially including both front-end and back-end development.
• Coding and Debugging: Writing clean, functional code, and troubleshooting issues and bugs. Identify and resolve technical issues that impact functionality and performance, ensuring seamless application development.
• Collaboration: Working with senior developers, product teams, front-end and back-end developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Code Reviews: Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintain consistency, providing constructive feedback, and learning from senior developers.
• Conduct comprehensive unit testing to validate the functionality of each application module, adhering to software development lifecycle best practices.
• Ensure Java code quality by following best practices and utilizing object-oriented programming principles to build scalable applications.
• Leverage Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Java EE to expedite development while maintaining high standards.
• Develop and manage APIs to facilitate smooth communication between applications and web services.
• Implement security best practices in Java-based applications to protect data and meet compliance standards.
• Integrate with other systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow and communication.
