      Job Summary:

      The Business Development Executive is responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting stock market services, and driving revenue growth. The role involves generating leads, opening Demat & trading accounts, and building long-term client relationships.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Identify and acquire new clients for stock broking services
      • Promote products like Equity, F&O, Commodity, and Mutual Funds
      • Generate leads through calls, field visits, social media, and references
      • Assist clients in opening Demat & Trading accounts
      • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
      • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
      • Provide basic market information and guide clients to advisors
      • Follow up with prospects and convert them into active investors

      Required Skills:

      • Good communication and convincing skills
      • Basic knowledge of stock market and trading concepts
      • Sales and negotiation ability
      • Target-oriented mindset
      • Ability to build client relationships
      • Basic computer and CRM knowledge

      Qualification:

      • Any graduate 
      •  candidates have minimum 2 Years  with sales experience can apply
      • Experience in stock broking/financial services is an added advantage
      • NISM certificate is an added advantage.
