Job description

• Social Media Marketer role is to develop and execute effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and achieve our marketing and business objectives.
• The Social Media Marketer will be responsible for creating and curating content, managing social media platforms, analysing performance, and staying up-to-date with social media trends to drive growth and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our marketing goals, target audience, and brand identity
• Create and curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including written posts, visuals, videos, and graphics
• Manage and maintain our social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
• Interact with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active and positive online community
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, optimising ad spend and targeting to maximise ROI
• Monitor and analyse social media performance using data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements
• Stay current with social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain relevant and competitive
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and design, to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives

Qualification

• Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of advertising and promotion on social media platforms
• Creativity and a strong eye for visual content
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
