About the job
AIVOA is a fast-growing startup building an AI-powered Supply Chain OS. Our product handles complex real-world workflows which means testing is critical, not an afterthought.
We're looking for curious freshers who want to understand products deeply, break them intelligently, and grow fast
Key responsibilities:
1. Understand product requirements, workflows, and business logic.
2. Design and execute manual test cases and test scenarios based on functional requirements.
3. Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases, usability issues, and hidden defects.
4. Identify, log, and track defects clearly using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
5. Collaborate with developers and QA leads to reproduce issues and validate resolutions.
6. Maintain clear and structured test documentation.
7. Continuously learn the product, domain, and testing best practices.
8. Take ownership of assigned modules/features from a quality perspective.
9. (Optional) Learn and assist with test automation as exposure grows.
10. Re-test fixes and perform regression testing to ensure stability.
