Role Description  

To manage the cluster of centres as per company defined policies and achieve targets given by the company.

Role purpose  

    To achieve targets w.r.t. sales (glass & other products & services), payment collection, customer satisfaction (NPS score), profitability. Ensure adherence to centre SOPs, ensure customer relationship, conduct local area marketing activities, ensure optimum inventory at centres and improve overall business of the company in the given cluster.     

Job Holder Responsibilities

Heads  KRA (Key Result Areas)

Sales Achieve sales targets:

      - Glass

      - Ancillary Sales  ( Sales  of Wiper/ Vaccuming / Detailing / Battery)

      - No. of business tie-ups


Ensure profitability [EBITDA] at the centre level and overall cluster level

      Centre expenses within budget

      Payment collection from customers - insurance companies, end customers, corporate / fleet customers etc.

Ensure NPS as per target (>85)

      Resolution of customer complaint within defined TAT


   Ensure insurance document submission as per defined TAT

    Adherence to centre SOPs - Ensure centre audit score as per target

    Conduct centre reviews as per plan and share MOM with superiors

    Ensure marketing activities in the catchment as per plan

    Visit customers like insurance fraternity, fleet, corporate customers in the cluster as per plan


  Conduct regular training of the team on soft skills, new initiatives of the company etc.


 Preparation and submission of various reports - sales, gap analysis etc. 

Market feedabck  

 Monitoring and reporting of market trends - competition, practices etc.
