      Duration: Full Time

      We seek a compassionate and efficient education counsellor/customer support to join our team. As an education counsellor or CSE, you will be responsible for providing supervision and assistance to students/customers, This includes providing support with admissions, financial aid, scholarships and other post-secondary education-related questions. You will also mentor students on using technology in education and advise them regarding their academic and extracurricular interests., and handle FAQ of the customers

      Responsibilities: -

      1. Guide prospective students through the admission process.

      2. Manage time efficiently to meet admission deadlines.

      3. Ensure a friendly and professional interaction with students. Required skills and qualifications.

      4. Assist in transitioning from high school to college, including advising on course selection, application process, financial aid options and navigating the culture.

      Required skills and qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in any field, pursuing final year can apply

      • Ability to foster strong relationships with students, parents, teachers and other stakeholders.

      • Passion for education, commitment to equity and a desire to positively impact students’ lives.

      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with students and their families.

      • Possess an empathetic and a patient approach to address students’ emotional and personal concerns.

      • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple students and tasks simultaneously.
