Role and Key Responsibilities:

Delivery of the content/classes according to the session plan and center schedules in Offline and Online modes • Understanding the product and relevant exams, and development of relevant content. • Guide and train students at all levels to help them improve their scores and achieve best scores on the test day • Mentoring the students and striving for their excellence • Doubt clearance to the students outside the class sessions • Respond to or escalate student related issues as they arise • Partner with academics support staff to ensure student needs are met • Learn and retain knowledge related to all aspects of the test such as knowledge of test format, dates offered, test enrolment process and admission timelines • Feedback/initiative to improvise learning center and student performance. Job Description: Verbal Trainer Desired Skills and Qualifications: • Good communication skills- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must with keen interest in teaching field • Command on English vocabulary and language with firm grip on Grammar • Education Qualification: M.A English(Preferred) /Graduates can also apply • Work Experience: Ø Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in preparing students for entrance / competitive examination Ø Freshers from premiere institutes can also apply if you have good scores in Verbal sections of competitive exams like GRE and CAT. • Good Presentation and Mentoring Skills • Ability to engage and motivate students • Ability to learn on the job • Ability to teach/ train and comfortable with groups • Good scores on any of the major tests such as CAT, GMAT or GRE will be an added advantage.
