Role & responsibilities

  • Handling Calls & followups for the leads
  • Counseling the students and parents regarding the various courses offered
  • Calling prospective candidates and doing regular follow-ups with them, and maintaining relevant databases for the same
  • Lead management in CRM tool
  • Generating Partner leads through calls
  • Fixing appointments with POC (point of contact) of Schools/Educational institutions for new business leads and building a sound relationship with them to achieve company sales objectives
  • Maintaining relevant databases for the same, updating the Salesforce CRM tool & Drive
  • Helping Abhyaas branch teams in reaching the targets set in terms of the number of enrollments done for different courses
  • Provide end-to-end support to all students
