Role & responsibilities
- Handling Calls & followups for the leads
- Counseling the students and parents regarding the various courses offered
- Calling prospective candidates and doing regular follow-ups with them, and maintaining relevant databases for the same
- Lead management in CRM tool
- Generating Partner leads through calls
- Fixing appointments with POC (point of contact) of Schools/Educational institutions for new business leads and building a sound relationship with them to achieve company sales objectives
- Maintaining relevant databases for the same, updating the Salesforce CRM tool & Drive
- Helping Abhyaas branch teams in reaching the targets set in terms of the number of enrollments done for different courses
- Provide end-to-end support to all students
