Job Description:

- This is a telecalling sales profile for an Ed Tech company.

- Act as a student counselor to students and their parents and provide a suitable solution for them based on their requirement.

- Calls to be made to foreign customers to promote online education services of the company. - Work with Team manager to schedule video presentations for customers

- Provide new ideas to the management for sales conversion

- Spoken English fluency is compulsory. Full fledged training shall be provided before the process begins.

Location: Vennala, Kochi (ABC Customer Service office)

Timing: 10.00 to 18.00hrs IST

Working days: Monday to Saturday
