Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Working Days: 6 days a week
CTC:
• During 6-month contract: ₹20,000/month
• Post-conversion (based on performance): ₹3,00,000 Fixed + ₹1,00,000 Variable Pay
Availability to join: Immediate or Within 1 week
Eligibility criteria: 2023–2026 pass-outs or up to 2 years of relevant experience
Key requirements: Good English communication, Basic Excel skills
Reporting To: Manager – Operations & Customer Delight
Key Responsibilities:
Associate – Customer Delight:
• Handle customer queries through chat, calls, and emails
• Understand customer needs, provide timely resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Upsell relevant services based on user interactions and requirements
• Analyse issues and take ownership to deliver smooth customer journeys
Associate – Operations:
• Manage backend operations, including appointment confirmations, client coordination, and escalations.
• Prepare SOD & EOD reports and follow up on inquiries.
• Coordinate with insurers on OPD claims and inclusions/exclusions.
• Communicate effectively with corporate customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in Operations/ Customer support or similar roles
• Availability to join immediately or within a week
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in Excel and a strong problem-solving mindset
• Self-driven and a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable working in a startup environment, with the willingness to take on responsibilities independently
