      TELE-COLLECTION SPECIALIST : 

      Good Communication skills.

      Should have an excellent convincing capacity to the customers through telephonic.

      Candidates should be aware of average English knowledge (Written knowledge is

      mandatory).

      Should have a basic idea about tele-calling along with etiquette.

      Oriented target should be achieved during the working period.

      Handling customer complaints and follow up.

      Always maintain the professionalism to the customers and colleagues.

      Languages required: Malayalam/Tamil/Hindi/Telugu/Kannada

      Key Responsibilities : 

      Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to customers with overdue balances to remind them of pending payments and explain available payment options.

      Negotiation: Convince customers to clear dues and establish mutually agreeable, structured repayment plans.

      Record Keeping: Log detailed and accurate updates of all customer interactions, payment commitments, and call outcomes into CRM systems.

      Dispute Resolution: Handle billing-related queries and investigate discrepancies to facilitate prompt payment.

      Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

      Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma

      Salary: 12000 ctc-20000 ctc (Depends on language)
