      • Monitor office operations.

      • Employee Engagement

      • Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases.

      Key Responsibilities

      Office Administrators perform a wide range of tasks to maintain efficient office operations. Their primary duties include:

      Office Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations, managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring the office environment is organized and functional.

      Communication: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

      Scheduling and Coordination: Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives, and coordinating office events.

      Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

      Financial Administration: Assisting with bookkeeping, budgeting, invoicing, expense tracking, payroll processing, and managing accounts payable/receivable.

      Supervision and Support: Mentoring office assistants, overseeing administrative functions, and supporting team communications to enhance productivity.
