      BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

      Lead Generation: Sourcing prospects through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.Client Engagement: Conducting meetings and giving product/service demonstrations to understand client needs.Relationship Management: Nurturing both new and existing relationships to encourage repeat business.Market Research: Analyzing industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand.

      * Work directly with customers via telephone to describe products and/or services in

      order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or

      sales.

      * Follows up with customer via telephone following initial sales contact.

      * Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up sell of additional

      products and or services and obtains customer commitment and facilities delivery of

      product.

      * Consistently meets departmental sales goals.

      * Convert the provided leads into successful sales.

      * Continued product education to better service customer calls.

      * Maintain accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.

      Languages required: Malayalam/tamil/hindi

      Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

      Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma

      Salary: 12000 ctc-18000 ctc
