Job Overview

An HR Executive acts as the vital link between management and employees, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. They manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws and enhancing workplace productivity. 

Core Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Staffing: Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, as well as conducting initial interviews and coordinating with department heads.
• Onboarding and Induction: Managing document verification, background checks, and orientation to integrate new hires.
• Payroll and Attendance: Maintaining accurate attendance records, tracking leaves, and assisting with salary processing and benefits administration (e.g., insurance, PF).
• Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and organizing employee engagement activities.
• Documentation and Compliance: Updating employee records, maintaining HRIS systems, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
• Performance Management: Assisting in the coordination of performance review cycles, appraisals, and feedback sessions
