  • Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your communication and sales skills.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Make frequent outbound calls to potential customers (cold calling) for various loan products (Personal, Home, Business, etc.).
    • Product Promotion: Effectively explain loan features, benefits, and terms to prospective clients.
    • Customer Qualification: Ask probing questions to understand financial needs and qualify leads for specific loan products.
    • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team (Field Officers/Sales Managers) for further processing.
    • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and lead statuses in a CRM system.
    • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
    • Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and assist in conversion.
    • Complaint Handling: Address basic customer queries and objections professionally. 

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, ideally in financial products.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and convincing skills in relevant languages (e.g., Hindi, English, Marathi).
    • Orientation: Strong, target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals.
    • Technical: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
    • Personal: Self-motivated, patient, resilient, good listener, and ability to handle pressure/rejection.
