      Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in business development or related roles. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

       

      • Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers, promote loan products, and generate new leads.
      • Customer Engagement: Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and guide clients through options.
      • Documentation & Processing: Collect, verify, and ensure accuracy of all required documents (KYC, financial, property) for smooth processing.
      • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner financial institutions.
      • Compliance & Risk: Ensure applications meet regulatory guidelines and conduct initial checks for creditworthiness.
      • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
      • Reporting: Provide updates and reports on sales performance and market feedback. 
      • Onboarding connectotrs for tieup 
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
      • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
      • Conduct presentations and pitch products/services to potential clients
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
      • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
