The TCS iON Job Achiever is a job-oriented programme for pre-final and final year students and job-seeking graduates out of campus for up to 2 years. On completion, eligible candidates will receive job offers from top corporates.

This programme will cover domain-relevant technical skills, and soft skills to help graduates secure jobs. It is delivered in a practical first approach with hands-on experiences and peer and expert interactions through physical, virtual (live) interventions.

The application process for the TCS iON Job Achiever for GET - IT involves the following steps:
  1. Candidates must fill in the application form by clicking on 'Start Your Journey'.
  2. Academic details must be provided, and eligibility criteria must be verified.
  3. Upon successful submission, candidate will be redirected to the dashboard.
Note: Applicants must enter their Distributor Code in the application form to select their preferred job role and the test centre.
The distributor code is a alpha numeric code that will help the system to recognise you as a learner. It will be available as a drop down on the application eForm or on the website from where you have discovered about this programme.
You can register for the Baseline Test on the product page and it is free of cost.
If your college or any organisation is funding your fees, you can take the Baseline Test in-centre and will receive a separate communication from TCS iON on the same. If not, you can take the Baseline Test at home.
Yes. If you have been assigned an in-centre Baseline Test, you will need to carry any government photo ID card and a soft copy of your Baseline Test hall ticket for verification at the centre.
The Baseline Test will assess your current skill level in the IT domain.
The duration of the Baseline Test is 60 mins.
You will get a detailed score card at the end of the Baseline Test. However, there is no passing score.
No. The Baseline Test is used only to assess a candidate's current skill level. Knowing the score, a candidate can make an informed decision whether to enrol for the programme or not. In case the fees is funded by the candidate's organisation/college, the organisation/college may choose to use the Baseline Test score to shortlist their candidature for the programme.
Will I get any practice or preparatory learning material before the Baseline Test?
To prepare for the Baseline Test, you will have access to a sample test to get an understanding of the type of questions and for familiarisation of the platform. If you are taking the Baseline Test in-centre, you will get access to a practice test.
How do I enrol for the learning programme?
Once you have completed the Baseline Test, you will be able to buy the learning programme on the dashboard.
Yes. As the course has online intervention (live lectures, assessments) and requires you to work on projects and hands-on assignments, a computer system will be required. The system should have the following configuration: 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Webcam, Mic and high-speed internet.
You will get access to multi-modal learning resources inclusive of reading material, videos, live lectures, case studies, hands-on assignments, assessments and projects.
This is a 4.5 months long programme and will need dedicated 20 hours of learning efforts per week from you to ensure successful completion.
No. Assignments will be for self evaluation with sample solutions. Some assignments are mandatory for completion.
The industry projects will reflect real-world business problems. The focus will be on the core domain skills covered in the curriculum.
Industry projects will be evaluated. While the scores will not carry any weightage, you will get a certificate.
Yes. Learners will get a list of projects to make a choice as per their interest.

In case you miss a virtual live session, you will have access to its recording. This feature is not applicable for in-classroom sessions.

You will be part of a community forum through which you will have access to your mentor and can raise queries for resolution.
In case, you are unable to complete the programme, your exit assessments will not be unlocked. Your candidature will be cancelled without refund.
Do I need to book a slot for the exit assessment?
The first attempt of the assessment will get auto-scheduled after completion of learning components. The centre details and schedule will be communicated to you via email. The same will be followed for the 2nd attempt, if taken.
With every TCS iON Job Achiever for GET - IT licence you will get 2 attempts to each component of the exit assessment.
What does placement support mean?
Basis your exit assessment score, placement support will include:
  1. Job offer from partner corporates
  2. Interview opportunity with partner corporates
  3. Corporate visibility
  4. The commitment will be considered fulfilled with the 1st offer letter issued. This support will be available till 6 months from the last exit assessment attempt date.
