Follow the steps below to purchase TCS iON Career Insight:

On the TCS iON Career Insight homepage, you will see a ‘Buy Now’ button. Click on it to purchase.
You will see three different options related to Age/Class. Select the option which describes you best. Then, click on ‘Submit’ button.
(*Note. Please be mindful during the selection of your Age/Class option as it cannot be modified afterwards.)
You will get a pop-up of the ‘Terms and Conditions’. After carefully reading through, click on ‘I Agree’.
Next, a new window pop-up will display purchase details. Confirm the Age/Class segment selected by you, and then click on ‘Proceed to Pay’ to initiate the payment.
You will then be redirected to ‘Review your order’ screen. Review your order and then click on ‘Proceed to Pay’.
Upon clicking on ‘Proceed to Pay’, you will be redirected to Razorpay Payment Gateway where you can make the payment via available options.
On successful payment, you will be redirected to Order Summary screen where you can ‘Download Invoice’ of your payment.
On an unsuccessful payment, you will be redirected to the Order Summary page. To continue your purchase, you are requested to follow the process from Step 1.

We recognise that career planning is a very critical stage in an individual’s development and strongly encourage parental involvement, particularly when the student is a minor. Within the TCS iON Career Insight Discover Yourself Assessment, parents are invited to complete the Parental Aspirations Questionnaire, which allows them to articulate the aspirations they hold for their child. Following the student’s completion of the assessment, the generated Discover Yourself Report includes a dedicated section comparing the student’s own aspirations with those of the parents. This comparison enables parents and students to identify areas of alignment as well as differences, thereby facilitating constructive discussions and more informed career planning.

TCS iON Career Insight is a game-based psychometric career assessment, which means you engage with interactive tasks instead of only answering traditional questions (mostly in an MCQ-based format). This approach not only makes the process more engaging and less stressful, but it also captures your natural responses more accurately.
It is designed using robust psychometric methods, making its results both accurate and reliable. Because it is game-based, it captures your natural responses more effectively than traditional tests, ensuring deeper insights into your abilities and preferences. The entire assessment will take about 3 to 4 hours to complete. Though it is recommended, you need not complete the entire assessment in one go.
